I bought this chopper to make it easy for my hand due to arthritis. Instead this chopper is very difficult to open. In fact I was not able to open it at all. This defeats the purpose for what it's intended to do. This is going back.

I bought this about a year ago. It's great for making salad dressings and chopping nuts and any time you don't want/need to pull out a full size food processor.
