The only complaint I have is that it seemed a little complicated to get it to start. But once you got everything connected I have not had a problem

No more chopping on cutting boards, I just put things in and it chops away, clean up is so easy. I like the idea of the opening on top to add oils. Really well made and simple to use. It goes well on my counter next to my Stand mixer.
