It's not the product. It's the fact that an item was sold as new, but it was clearly at the very least a return. No instructions, and no care was taken to package this item properly.

I bought this a few months ago, and loved it from the first time I turned it on. It is small, so it takes up less counter space than a regular size food processor. It was on sale when I bought it, which made it all the better

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and it works great! It does everything that my big clunky food processor does but takes up very little space and mine is blue so it coordinates with everything in our kitchen !

I have this chopper for years and love it. I just bought this new one for my daughter and she loves it. Great little kitchen tool and works as promised.
