[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second of two of the smaller food processors by Kitchen Aide I have purchased. The design of this model has been changed. It seems to materials are cheaper and the lining up of the main cup and blade is frustrating. It seems I have everything lined up and ready to go, then I flip the switch and nothing. It takes, on average 4 tries.

This chopper is a good size, not too big to where it takes up unnecessary room in the cabinets. It works great, and has multiple settings to chop up a variety of foods. I have been using to when making salsa at home, and have been very impressed. It's just a high quality piece of equipment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a bigger chopper but I'm low on space. This is perfect. I can put it in the cabinet or leave it out. It is very easy to use. I've used it mostly for dressings, mayo, etc so far and the drizzle cup makes it so much easier. But it also did a great job choping bigger items. It's cut my time in half when cooking. Definitely recommend for someone making food for 1-2 people.

Broke after two uses. On/off switch is fragile and lid is difficult to properly align. How much more would it have cost KitchenAid to add a toggle switch? The ill-conceived switch is attached to the unit's handle and the lid must be properly aligned for it to activate. Worked great out of the box, but never again. Improper alignment and squeezing the food chopper switch too hard resulted in its untimely death.

Not the quality I expected from KitchenAid. When chopping chocolate it over-chops the bottom pieces and leaves the top untouched. The lid is difficult to close, but I do like the safety features; you must squeeze the lid handle in order for it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this little food processor, it's easy enough that my nine-year-old daughter can chop the vegetables and not get hurt. The color ice blue is absolutely beautiful, it's also very sturdy. This actually makes my second Kitchenaid purchase in one week.

I just bought this and used it for the first time today. I've read reviews about people complaining that the lid is impossible to open and it's a pain to clean. The lid is actually very easy to open. I never had any issues with it. Also it's very easy to clean. Do I think it's worth the original price tag? Definitely not. If it wasn't on sale, I wouldn't have purchased it. It's great if you wanna chop or puree something quickly for a recipe. However, I noticed when I was done and removed the blade, some of my ingredients managed to get into the shaft where the blade sits. That's my only complaint. I also read complaints about having to push the lid in order for the machine to work instead of there being an actual button. It's not a big deal. Overall, it's a neat little machine that's compact and does what it needs to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this KitchenAid 3.5 cup food chopper for several weeks now. I am a fan of other KitchenAid products and hoped this lived up to the reputation of their brand. When I first took the chopper out of the box, I was concerned that its small size would really limit me in any chopping needs I may have but I was soon shown otherwise. This little chopper is small but it's mighty! The stainless steel blades inside were up to any task I found for it. I ended up loving the smaller , compact size because it was so easy to store and clean up! With two speeds , I found this chopper to be exactly what my kitchen needed.
