Super easy to use...I saw other reviews talking about issues with the cover - I have had no issues with the cover at all. Best feature I think is that it is so easy to clean! Love love love Kitchenaid products! This is a quick fix when you dont have time to chop up all your items! For example, ingredients for a supreme pizza! I cut the veggies and with a couple of spins..they’re ready to be applied! You can’t go wrong with this time saver in the kitchen!

We went with this one because it was a little more compact for storage reasons. Our first coupe times using it we were really impressed. Is is very powerful and did a great job with whatever we put through it. It didn't bog down and tore through everything. It is super easy to use and to clean afterwards. It is not overly loud and easily has enough room for my families cooking needs.

Now 2 chopping speeds, easy to operate with handle now and cord winds into unit. Also chopping insert does not come put while filling to name a few.

This machine allows me to shred onion or spinach carrots and celery into soup bases and tomato sauces. Shhh! Don't tell .. It's quiet enough and fits enough every time.
