Absolutely love this food chopper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 3.5 chopper is a mighty champ! Whether it's making sauces, chopping onions or purée, there is nothing that I've thrown at it, that it hasn't handled. There is a drizzle basin at the top which allows you to add smaller items like garlic or drizzle in some add spices or liquids. I'm super impressed with its consistency and power!

Nice and compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a chopper similar to KitchenAid - 3.5 Cup Food Chopper but the problem was that the doggone thang was to large and took up too much counter space. It also irritated me to have to wash it for smaller batch jobs. This one fits the bill.

Great for camping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This space saving KitchenAid - 3.5 Cup Food Chopper is an absolute must have while we camp. It's easy to find space for & chops with little or no effort. My only wish is that it had interchangeable blades for cheese grating. It saves prep time and allows more time outdoors having fun.

Cryin' but notfrom onions

Broke after two uses. On/off switch is fragile and lid is difficult to properly align. How much more would it have cost KitchenAid to add a toggle switch? The ill-conceived switch is attached to the unit's handle and the lid must be properly aligned for it to activate. Worked great out of the box, but never again. Improper alignment and squeezing the food chopper switch too hard resulted in its untimely death.

Excellent Chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to find a chopper to help with preparing onions for my French onion soup. I usually cut by hand but it's getting harder to do evenly. The Kitchenaid chopper works amazing. Literally in seconds the onions are sliced thinly and perfect for my dish. If you keep running it, the onion gets chopped very fine and small. Excellent little gadget.

VERY SURDY AND STRONG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] thought id try this kitchenaid and it is very nice, the color red is awesome. it is strong, i find myself going to this chopper alot now. easy to clean and store. it is a little bit heavier than it looks which is a plus. it feels substantial. I am the queen of bring back in case there is something i do not like about it, it does not take much. But this one is a keeper. Try this you wont be sorry, oh by the way the red is really pretty. Dont know about the other colors,

Love my KitchenAid 3.5 Food Chopper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a larger food chopper from a competitor brand that I love so I decided to go for a smaller, more compact version and aesthetically, this KitchenAid 3.5 Food Chopper fits the bill. It also works GREAT!!

Works well, but I'd definitely get the bigger one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had any issues with this, and it's worked very well for chopping jobs, as long as the chopping doesn't need to be particularly even. I will say it is quite a bit smaller than I was expecting, partly because the blades are in the way for loading. I'd definitely get the larger one if I were buying it again.

Time and tear saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Should come with a small rubber spatula to remove chopped veggies. I rinse right after use to remove any residual chopped matter. I fill container with water and pout it into strainer and use leftover chunks to soups, omelets, Orr sauté. to minimize waste.
