I thought it was bigger.

I didn't like the performance of this item overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rate my kitchen products based on IS IT INTUITIVE AND EASY TO HANDLE SO I CAN KEEP MY FLOW GOING WITHOUT DISRUPTION. This item was the perfect size, color, and did a great job chopping. However it deserves 1-star because the lid, the “on” function, and coordinating the process was NOT intuitive at all. This device needs a better more intuitive top design.

Without a manual, it took me some time to figure out that what looks like a part of the lid that should come off, is actually the pressure switch to power the unit off and on.Other than that, all is good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Kitchenaid food chopper that I purchased. It works great! Would strongly suggest purchasing it. I understand some of the reviews complaining about how it locks. I had a trouble a couple of times but once I figured out how to do it properly I haven't had any troubles at all. Very nice product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason I don't t like it is I need to continuously press the handle so it will chop. I want to be able to push a button and do something else of if I need to. The main reason I tried using it once but it was a fail. I put in a can of diced tomatoes put the lid back on, but it will not chop. I went on YouTube and your website but I can't get it to work. And the booklet that came with it was no help. This was a gift, if I knew where it was ordered from I would return it. Except I've had it over a month. The size is exactly what I was looking for.

Product not easy to use. There should be a simple on and off switch. Instead the cover has to be closed and the bottom closed. Not happy.

Too small and the quality lacked compared to the Black and Decker 8 cup processor. which is the same price essentially.
