I use this to make lot of sauces for stir frys. Its the perfect size for dinner sized portions of sauce, or for chopping onions and other veg.

Making sauces, salsas, and smoothies from my garden picks is so much more fun than trying to use a big blender. The container, lid, and blades clean up quick in the top row of the dishwasher too! I used to chop a lot of onions, cooked carrots, garlic, etc using a manual pull chopper, but this KitchenAir electric chopper turned out to be a great upgrade. It chops food quickly and efficiently and it's easy to clean and compact. It made my life in the kitchen easy! I'm looking forward to new recipes using this chopper.

I did not realize how diverse this tool was, and I am very excited to try to make several other things. I regularly use it to chop up vegetables and nuts and I've also started trying out different dip and salsa recipes. The size is great because it doesn't take up much counter space and stores easily.
