I love my new KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I'm trying to love the spiralizer attachment, and I'll get there. After a vegetable or two (more like 6 or 8), I realize how important it is to get very straight produce (sweet potatoes don't grow this way) and how important it is to find the exact center. I'm still testing various fruits and veggies and am hoping for more in-depth tutorials for the spiralizer attachment.

I can apple pie filling, apple butter and applesauce. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE kitchenaid products. Makes my life simpler. I really love the blades for peeling and slicing apples. It's nice to just hit a button and not have to crank a handle. I haven't used the other blades yet but I will. I do have other kitchenaid products. Thank you Kitchenaid

This spiralizer with peel , core and slice worked well on the firmer vegetables and fruits. It however does not work as well on the softer apples because it takes too much off. Overall, did exactly what it was supposed to. very pleased with the purchase. I still think my hand spiralizer and corer does a better job. For someone with arthritis in particular...this made quick work of my bushel of apples! Thank you KitchenAid!

I've been in love with my KitchenAid mixer since I purchased it two years ago - it makes me smile. But now I love it even more because of the spiralizer attachment. It is very easy to use and I can quickly prepare my veggie noodles or spiral slices for a number of wonderful, more healthy dishes. I tell my husband that we need the healthy, low calorie and low carb veggies so that we can have the baked items I put together with my mixer! I tried the plastic, cheaper spiralizers and they were okay. They didn't do near what my KitchenAid spiralizer does. It is solid, simple, quick, and reliable. It also comes with a nice storage box. I am very pleased with my investment!

My husband got this for me for Christmas because he knew I'd been eyeing it. Since I am diabetic, I get my pasta fix by spiralizing zucchini and butternut squash. I also love to spiralizer cucumbers for a sweet Asian topping to my tacos or tostadas. Still trying to figure out how to do the hard sweet potatoes.

I was excited to get this because I have an apple tree that produces 26 boxes of apples a year. I make apple pie filling with them and thought it would be perfect. It is perfect for one pie, not for 60 quarts of pie filling. It is a great spiralizer, just not as heavy duty as I need for slicing, peeling, and coring multiple boxes of apples.

Apple pies, scalloped potatoes, finger foods and I'm sure more than I've thought of - all are so much easier with this attachment, which is not complicated, easy to use and easy to clean. And no more nicks and cuts on my fingers! I highly recommend this attachment. I don't have little kids in the house but it would be great for moms to use for snacks for little ones.

I got this device because I have changed my diet to a vegetable-based plan, and I wanted to be able to use veggies such as zucchini and squash instead of pasta. I had prepared a homemade marinara sauce (using no oils or salt) and needed to pour it over something. So I spiralized a large zucchini and a large squash and it turned out great. The texture and mouthfeel were perfect, and the dish was delicious. My wife loved it too. So I expect to experiment with spiralized veggies as I go down the road with this diet plan. So far - so great.

I bought this a few months ago to try to cook a little healthier, plus it looked like a fun gadget. So far I have only used the spiralize option on zucchini and carrots, but it is very user friendly. I am looking forward to trying it out for curly fries and apple pies.

I got the spiralizer a month ago for my birthday and I've used it many times already. I made fun curly fries, several batches of zoodles, and peeled and sliced apples. I love how well it peels and how easy it is to use and to clean. This is by far my favorite attachment. Making apple pies is going to be so fast and much easier now. I love it!
