[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched spiralizers and as far as I can tell Kitchen aid has the only electric one. I am so glad I went with the Kitchen aid attachment because it serves several other functions and I don't have to add another appliance to the kitchen. After a quick review, I was able to attach it my mixer, place the vegetable or fruit items on the attachment, turn it on and watch it go. Watching is so much better than cranking some other product to get my perfect Zuchini noodles or spiral apple rings! I would highly recommend this product.

Now, I simply attach the spiralizer to my mixer and I am spiralizer go everything!! After several weeks of spiralizer vegetables, my husband thinks I may need a spiralizing intervention!

More information and ideas in a booklet would have been helpful. I had to go to youtube and watch several videos to figure out how to attach and use.

I thought it would be able to take a full size zuchi or egg plant and it can't. So I am disappointed at how much I have to cut off. I really would not have gotten this if I would have known that and rather purchased another add on for processing things.

We've also tried to peeler (which works well; we just like the nutrients in the peel, so we don't use it very often)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased via website in November when I realized that the kitchen spiralizer I had wouldn't do the job. I've since used the KitchenAide Spiralizer and it's awesome. Easy to install, easy to install the correct blades, and very easy clean up. Thank you for a great produce.

The peeler blade is supposed to snap into the arm but it is only held in place by a flimsy lever. You remove the peeler blade by depressing the lever. However, the lever is so flimsy that it bends easily when you depress it, which results in the peeler blade not locking at all. The fix is fairly easy but you have to remove the lever and bend it back into position. Even then, the peeler blade may not "click" into place and requires that you push up on the lever. The remainder of the blades attach in a different fashion and are fine.
