This does a fine job toasting bread, bagels etc. The functionality is straight forward and easy to use. The built in cord storage feature is poorly designed. We instead manually coil the cord around our hand then tuck it into one of the toasting slots when the device is not in use.

Let me start of that I'm A huge kitchen aid fan. I love their quality in their products. An I'm not going to lie. Before this toaster I had a Cuisinart one. We updated our house and our kitchen and their for our appliances. It arrived packaged well but when I went to go toast one of the sides does not get red so at only have have toasted bread on one of the sides. I go to take take a deeper look at it and notice the coiles are damaged. I have searched nd noticed that this is the only 4 slice toaster kitchen aid sells. So sadly it has to go back and I probably have to go back to my original one.

I researched toasters prior to buying the KitchenAid. It received a high rating. So far it has lived up to expectations. It provides even toasting whether on regular or bagel setting. The openings are both wide and long enough for most bread types. The best feature is the alarm that sounds just prior to completion.

It looks like quality construction but it is very large on my counter top. I wish I would have gotten the 2 slice model. I have the setting on 2 or it burns the toast , regular sliced bread, especially on one side. Depends on which slot you put it in. I’m a little disappointed, my wife loves the color.

This toaster clearly is an improvement over our old one. It holds a thicker piece of bread and is deeper so that even the top of the bread is toasted. Because I make most of our bread, height is a consideration. The bread is nicely toasted and not dried out in the center. The toaster does have a larger footprint but is well worth the small amount of extra counter space. Purchasing it from Sam's makes it an even better value. We're most pleased with this purchase.

I was looking for a nice but simple 4 slice toaster that didn't cost an arm and a leg, and this checked all the boxes! I didn't want all the bells and whistles, just wanted to have the ability to make toast and bagels. It's a little bigger than I anticipated, but it works great and I'm so glad I found it! I'm very pleased with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like simple and straightforward and this toaster is that... We can do four pieces, of whatever, if we want. It allows for bagels and thick or thin toasting. It takes a push down of a lever to start and pops up when done. We can cancel in the middle if we want. The exterior acts like it is smudge poof stainless. Nothing more is needed... Simple, makes it sweet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this a month and it has definitely been tested out. For toast we seem to keep it on the low setting. Great for bagels. Only funny thing is that when the toast pops up, the toaster also beeps and the dog is scared of it! Adds a laugh to our mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking. Great toasting. The mark on the Shade knob could be a lot easier to read. The shiny round knob and thin black line on the edge. Maybe if the black line continued to the face of the knob?

Lift lever broke on kmt4115 toaster that we have loved for years. Searched Kitchenaid site and the only replacement lift lever is for another model. Tried doing "chat" on Kitchenaid site and chat was both worthless and infuriating. Thinking of replacing entire toaster With Another Brand.
