I was told by my cardiologist, all coffees were out! I asked if I could at least have decaf once in a while but not every day. I needed to find a bold tasting decaf with FLAVOR and Decaf sugar-free French Vanilla is it - hands down! It's delicious!

I have bought this k cups but every time I use one I get grounds in my coffee mug and I barely get anything out and then other times they explode in my keurig!
