Have had this opener for several years. The best opener ever. Reliable. Bought a new one today and giving the older one to a friend. ( new opener on left as you look at image)

Don't buy this. The reviews are wrong. It's fails to grip the can. The mechanism that holds the can to the unit is made out of plastic. Plastic! Buying a replacement cutter will accomplish nothing.
