Great sweetener. Not as sweet as sugar per volume as noted on the package. Dr. Gregor recommends Erythitol. I plan to try it for baking.

This really helps me with my diet as I am diabetic. I can use my recipes and substitute this for the sugar.

Is a good option for sugar substitute but personally i like more the version with monk fruit, that feels a bit different and upset my stomach. I thik is a good option for baking. The brand is good.

Baked with it twice. Banana Bread and Browns. Both times food had a bad after taste, like metal. Also, Browne's had white patches here and there on the top after baking. Tried to use it in coffee, it had the same bad after taste.

Very sweet with a sugar like consistency. But it is sweeter than sugar so don't use as much! If too much is used there is a weird aftertaste when baking. Good non-sugar alternative though!
