Erithritol a reasonably priced, plant based artificial sweetner! It measures ounce for ounce and has a great taste!

Its not as sweet as monk fruit. So you need more, BUT it costs a lot less so your probably getting a better value

Sam's Club offers a great price on this Erythritol. Being diabetic I have to substitute sugar with Erythritol and this is the best price around.
