I didn’t see too much of a difference in my stress levels when taking this supplement. I was also unsure as to how often to take them for the desired effect to occur. The taste was fine, but not amazing.

The sent of theses are amazing! They taste very well. The value is great for the price. I loved trying these . I got the small pack to test them out and bout the big one cause I love them.

I think they worked- I realized I felt calmer and and more at ease during tantrum situations with my kids throughout the day. It’s a good value in comparison to others on the shelf around it which is one of the reasons I chose it.

I don’t love the taste of these however I do think they help you fall asleep and stay asleep. I really enjoy that they do not make you feel groggy in the morning. They are more expensive than other sleeping pills

The gummies themselves taste great. However, I'm not sure if they actually did anything to help my stress. I could not tell much difference and it could have just been placebo.

I have used the sleep vitamins on a long airplane ride and it was super helpful. Normally I can’t sleep on planes but it actually worked for me. They are expensive but they do taste good.

I love these. I'm not sure if it is a placebo effect but I keep these on my desk at work and any time I start to feel overwhelmed I pop a couple. Super easy and cool to keep on hand for peace of mind.
