I had these for 3 months because of traveling to japan and being away from my family, they do work! Sometimes I needed to take more than two but they will ease your body, highly recommend

These did not really work for me. They did make me feel sleepier and I fell asleep faster I think, but it gave me such strange dreams throughout the night that kept waking me up so I think that my sleep quality and duration was actually worse.

I am on my third bottle of these, I take them every day! The help take the edge of without making me sleepy, since I've been taking these I have not needed to take my prescription medication for anxiety

When I have sleep issues, these gummies will knock me out. I never feel groggy or anything when I take them. They taste great and work in about 15 minutes. It’s a nice natural sleepiness too. Never a drugged feeling. It just works so well.

It actually works! It knocks me out into a deep sleep, but it only lasts about 4 hours then I’m Getting back to sleep usually isn’t an issue. I love these gummies, just wish my sleep lasted a couple more hours.
