i actually notice a difference when i don’t take these. they taste like fruit snacks and they don’t need to be take. with food. ive bought these a few times.

When I have sleep issues, these gummies will knock me out. I never feel groggy or anything when I take them. They taste great and work in about 15 minutes. It’s a nice natural sleepiness too. Never a drugged feeling. It just works so well.

I really like these gummies. It is like taking melatonin but I don't believe there is much, if any actual melatonin. I like that because I think I had adverse effects to melatonin. They also taste good!
