The texture makes these really hard to chew and the flavor has an odd aftertaste. I think the melatonin content might be a bit low for me and it takes awhile to kick in.

I don’t feel that these actually worked for me. Maybe I needed to take them consistently instead of only on the nights I needed extra help getting myself to sleep.

When taking these, I definitely could tell that they would help me fall asleep faster. Personally it isn’t something I would want to have to rely on on a regular basis.

These work really well with helping me fall asleep when I can’t. However the taste of these are horrible, but they work so well I can get over it. I will repurchase them even though I hate the test cause they work that well
