I really, really wanted to like these. I took two before work, though, and I wound up very tired 30 minutes after taking them. Whether it did its job or not beats me, but I do know that I was stressed about how tired it made me.. Few things are more stressful than being super tired at work

I love these! It could be me tricking myself, but I do think they work. I find it much easier to focus while on them. I also sometimes use them in combination with Olly’s sleeping gummies and it works amazing!! I’ve since discovered i’m often subconsciously stressed, so taking both often does the trick!

i just bought these today, and usually i don't review so quickly but i just wanted to say i instantly noticed a difference (well, after about 40 minutes or so). i feel way more calm and collected than i did before. one thing i've noticed is when i'm anxious and in a heightened sense of awareness, i notice my eye floaters intensely. after taking these i noticed i'm not noticing the floaters as much. now, these don't solve them of course, but i think that's saying something about my body when it's stressed vs when it's more relaxed. i'm so happy i bought these & will keep them on hand :) one question: how long are the effects of one dose supposed to last? i found l-theanine usually works for about 6ish hours, so i'm curious to see how long one dose will last and if taking more than one a day will be necessary :) thanks, olly!

I am a huge fan of Olly products and I was excited to try these vitamins since I struggle with sleep! They work great for getting me to sleep but sadly I always wake up in the middle of the night as if the vitamin wears off. I could take it at 10:30 and be asleep by 11 and then I’ll wake up at 3am. I’m not sure if it only happens with me! Great for putting me to sleep but not so great at keeping me asleep.

I have been using these for the last two years. I take 2 every night before bed, usually about 15 minutes before my desired bedtime. They work very quickly and help me to stay asleep. I often work on call and this messes with my schedule, so a sleep aid is necessary and this sleep aid works very well. I highly recommend these two others and will continue to buy them.

Gummies affect Come on subtle for me, I don't feel the actual onset, however; my family noticed the mood change and commented each time I took it. With comments like why are you in such a good mood. The downside is for me they give me overactive dreams/nightmare 100% of the time I take it. Not worth the trade off for me. (Good days, bad nights) doesn't make me tired either. So I would not recommend as a sleeping aid. And the taste isn't great, but it's manageable. That being said sadly these are a NO for me. I can't use any thing that affects my sleep/dreams this drastically.

I think it seems to work.... I also like this one in the sense that it doesn’t have the added sugar layer crystals, as some of the other types of these gummies do. Only thing is that after a while, the last few in my bottle got very hard. I would still purchase again, though.

I love these gummies so much! They taste so good and smell delicious. They work absolutely amazing. I am a pretty high strong person and these help to ease my worries and help me function better. I love all of the Olly products. They're an amazing company.

I really didn't notice much of a difference after taking these, other than feeling a little more relaxed. They didn't really help me fall asleep easier. I had no negative side effects, but I would not purchase them again. I was taking them during a time of great upheaval at work, and the stress may have been too much for these to handle.
