Olly is a very reliable brand that I will continue to buy. I take one of these whenever I feel like I'm going to have trouble falling asleep and they immediately work! I've tried other  brands with melatonin in them and this one is one of my favorites. However sometimes I don't like that its in gummy form since I already brushed my teeth at night!

I used to have a job that was incredibly stressful. I kept these in my desk to use as needed- I always felt like they helped. I totally respect that it could be a placebo effect and just the ritual of taking them and taking a moment for myself at work could have been it, but regardless, I found them to be a tool to help me get through a pretty toxic time in my life.

I am a night person and sleep has never come easily. I have been using this product for the last six months to help me get to sleep and it seems to be working. The only negative side effect I have noticed is feeling very groggy if my sleep cycle is interrupted on nights that I have taken it.

Love this, it really helps within an hour of taking. I typically take this Monday through Friday at noon because stress at my job hits around 2. It really helps! While it is affordable, I wish they would fill the bottle all the way. Overall LOVE THIS!

Okay, I know this product is pricey but trust me it works magic and it is a delicious before bed treat! Sometimes I suffer bad side effects from taking other brands of melatonin, but this olly brand of sleep gummies has only been a positive experience.

I love this product! I take two 30 minutes before bed and I sleep so peacefully. The best part is I do not feel super drowsy and groggy they next morning. It also tastes so good! It is non habit forming but I do not use it everyday. It is nice to use every now and then. 

I was disappointed in this product. I had high hopes for the vitamins because I loved that it had a good list of ingredients but they tasted terrible. I couldn’t even stomach them enough to finish the bottle. The vitamins were on the pricer end and was disappointing considering the terrible taste.

I had difficulty sleeping most of the time. I have tried lots and lots of sleeping tabs or gummies but when I stumble on this - it feels so natural like literally after I took 2 gummies I feel sleepy naturally without groggy or heavy head feeling. These tasted kind of funny to me and had almost like a gritty texture. But they were effective IF I took them a couple of hours before I planned on going to bed. If I took them right before I went to bed they made me wake up feeling groggy and fuzzy. But I would recommend
