These don’t taste the best but they are effective to a fault.. the times that I take them I do fall asleep rather fast. The only thing is that I will wake up randomly at 2-3 am and be awake for about 15 minutes before being able to sleep again. That has happened about 8 times during taking this

I liked the flavor. It didn't leave a weird after taste. This product however did nothing as far as helping me sleep. Like at all. I took 2-3 each night until the container was gone. Nothing. I like this brand for other reasons. Just did not at all benefit from this specific item!

I had serious doubts about the power of melatonin. I’ve always been a night owl and it takes me forever to fall asleep. I’m also a light sleeper. When I tried this, I found I was actually tired within about 30 minutes and I fell asleep so quickly! PLUS I didn’t wake up the entire night!! I love this stuff. I’ll also add it didn’t make me feel groggy in the morning and it has a great taste

I use this after a particularly stressful day to help me unwind. I’ll stack this on top of a #melatonin or added #ashwaganda to help me go to #sleep. Taking this alone doesn’t help me stay asleep throughout the night, but does do the job of relaxing me enough to be able to Olly Ultra Strength Goodbye Stress® Softgels fall asleep.

I’ve been using this for like a month now and they have really helped me with my sleep. I worked second shift so I usually wouldn’t go to bed until about midnight and when I switched shifts and had to work mornings I had the hardest time going to sleep early so I would take two of these about an hour before 10 and It would take about 30 minutes for me to start dozing off and falling asleep.

I’m not sure if I’ve really noticed a difference but these taste really good and I like that they have different nutrients in them than other stress supplements. I think for short term stress they would probably work better, but I’m in grad school, so tbh take this with a grain of salt, I’m never not stressed

I have been having a hard time getting the proper sleep,tossing and turning and waking up almost every other hour. I had a sample pack of these in about 30 minutes I was sound asleep. They recommend using these 30 minutes prior to laying in bed. Need to put in a order for more asap!

I saw no change in my dtress levels upon using these gummies. The price wasnt bad to try them out and the flavor was good, and I liked that they weren't covered in sugar like their multivitamin was, but I felt like the products targeted at these specific claims fell short.

I am a night person and sleep has never come easily. I have been using this product for the last six months to help me get to sleep and it seems to be working. The only negative side effect I have noticed is feeling very groggy if my sleep cycle is interrupted on nights that I have taken it.

The effectiveness of the chewing is good no problem at all … the ingredients are on the packaging never had an issue the scent is normal of an actual gummy lol … value for money this has lasted me 2 months these are totally worth it especially if u can’t sleep . “Ps I need more I’m running| out lol ! “
