I suffer from pretty bad anxiety, and most days, I am fine. However, sometimes, when I feel like I'm struggling and I take these, it does not necessarily take away any negative thoughts, but they just make the physical feeling of anxiety calm down. I don't feel nearly as tense after taking these. I will have these in my arsenal at all times!

This product has helped me so much. I am a very light sleeper and it's hard for me to fall asleep with any kind of noise. After taking these for a week, I have slept better and fall asleep faster. I've taken melatonin tablets before and I feel like these work so much better.

I've been taking these for about a week now as recommended by the container. I have to say that I do feel a slight difference in my mood and elevation in my "stress-free" like outward appearance. I'm going to give it one full month before I re-review this product!

I used to have a job that was incredibly stressful. I kept these in my desk to use as needed- I always felt like they helped. I totally respect that it could be a placebo effect and just the ritual of taking them and taking a moment for myself at work could have been it, but regardless, I found them to be a tool to help me get through a pretty toxic time in my life.

I tried these when I was working night shift and I needed to make sure I could sleep during the day. I don’t think I needed the help falling asleep but I wanted to make sure I stayed asleep and they seemed to do the trick. Never tried any other melatonin products but I like that these are in gummy form and they have a nice taste to them.

I love the brand Olly and was eager to try these as I’m feeling stressed out lately. I felt no improvement or anything at all for that matter. I finished the entire bottle before leaving the review to see if I just needed to give it time. I took two a day and the flavor is bitter at first. It’s sweet after a couple of chews. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend these.

I have BPD and a really hard time finding a medication that works out for me AND my lifestyle. I took these through a particularly stressful period of time, and they actually do seem to help. They make it easier for me to fall asleep, on the other occasions I use them. I get really shaky from the cortisol in my body; these things are seriously so helpful. I don’t feel physical symptoms of stress as much, with them!

As a long-time prescription sleep medication user, these seem to work "okay." They are not an instant or dramatic fix, but do seem to help with a sense of relaxation and unwinding when I hit the pillow. They may also help me sleep somewhat more soundly. Overall, I'd recommend trying it out to see if it works for you! People with milder sleep issues might see more benefit. 

I don’t know that it actually made me less stressed. I felt a little different but I’m not sure I was stressfree. Liked that they looked like a gummy but when I opened them they were really tough and almost hard to swallow. Price wise they weren’t the lowest nor highest stress relief.

Olly vitamins are so reasonably priced. They taste so good, which I wasn't expecting. I actually look forward to getting to take them- they taste like a little treat I can reward myself AND my body with.I don't know if it's true but I feel that they really help me.
