I used to have a job that was incredibly stressful. I kept these in my desk to use as needed- I always felt like they helped. I totally respect that it could be a placebo effect and just the ritual of taking them and taking a moment for myself at work could have been it, but regardless, I found them to be a tool to help me get through a pretty toxic time in my life.

Some nights, I literally cannot sleep at all. I will toss and turn the entire time, until I finally get comfortable after tossing for hours. If I take this little gummy, I become relaxed and less stressed, allowing sleep to overcome my body. These are great!

I am is needing some sleeping pills or gummy’s and I came across these. They do work, but it takes a long time for them to kick in. It says that it takes about 30 minutes for them to kick in but for me it takes a lot longer. When they do kick in, they kicking hard. And knock me right out. That side effect from them is I feel like poo the next morning. Like I do not feel great at all and I just wanna go back to sleep. So they stay in effect for a long time to. The packaging is super cute. The price is good. But I don’t the taste. They taste disgusting to me personally. but if you’re looking for a gummy that will knock you out these do the job .

Oh. My. Goodness. These are my go to… so much so that when I’m acting really stressed my 11 year old goes and gets me 2 without even being asked. So not only do they help take the edge off but she can see the noticeable difference…. So they definitely work!! Plus they taste great so that’s a win!!!

I have been trying ashwagandha gummies for about 2 weeks. So far I like the taste of the gummies I have noticed the gummies are helping me to fall asleep faster and waking up feeling refreshed. Sometimes I don’t feel anything from these tho. Other brands have worked a little better. I would recommend these gummies.

This product was good. The taste was much better than I had hoped im not a huge gummy fan to begin with so I was hoping they didn't taste funky. I was hoping for the product to have a stronger calming feel to them but ultimately when I was CONSISTENT with them they worked the best. So its important to note that consistency is key

Not sure if this is placebo but will continue to use. It helps to calm me throughout the day. Hate how olly quantities across products are so inconsistent. This gives you x days, focus is 18 day quantity, sleep is different. Feels like I have to purchase one of the four every week. Wish they would solve that.

I tried taking two in the morning and it was too much for me. I take one in the morning and one at bedtime. It has helped me tremendously with my nocturnal panic attacks. They have worked better with less side effects than traditional prescribed medication.

Love these gummies, but sometimes they have the opposite effect on me. I do recommend trying them, they taste super good, but beware! The first time I took them I stayed up all night and couldn’t sleep, but the second time it worked amazingly! However, my husband takes theses nightly because he has to wake up super early every morning, he loves them. They give him a good nights rest!
