Bought these for my boyfriend who has trouble sleeping and he loved them! We both started taking them and noticed we fell asleep faster and slept better compared to just taking melatonin. We both loved the flavor And anyone who asks we recommend this brand too .

Did absolutely nothing for me. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks now. I bought them myself and was a little skeptical because they were expensive. The gummies don't taste great, but on top of it being gross they didn't even work! Not even a tinge different. Very disappointed and will not be purhcasing them again

My daughter uses these gummies before any stressful event. She has a bit of social anxiety when she has to be around a bunch of people so these help her tremendously. She immediately feels calm and relaxed. We love that it contains L-Theanine! She also loves the flavor. Just one of the gummies helps her so we actually save money in the end. I use this product every night, for about 2 months now. Although it doesn’t help me fall asleep (I should up the milligrams I take) it helps me stay asleep, I don’t wake up in the middle of the night as much as I used to. I do enjoy this product, plus it has a great taste!

I took 2 gummies and a few hours later, my heart rated dropped by ~20bpm, started to shake/shiver, and my hands got cold. It was very stressful and I would not recommend this. Felt like I was going to have a panic attack. If you try it, try one gummy before taking 2.
