This has helped her calm down, go to sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed. Without any groggy side effects. We've tried numerous other methods to help and the melatonin is the best. All my grandchildren use this product and I wouldn't trust anything else but zarbees melatonin or any zarbees products for them.
