My review is for the Original flavor. I thought it was well seasoned and slightly sweet. The pieces were nice bite sized and soft so I really wanted to like it. The texture is where it went wrong. I ate several pieces over several days just to be sure it wasn't just a piece or two. All pieces that I ate had what I would say was a gel like texture not what I expected from beef jerky. #gotitfree

The texture was very soft and not tough or chewy. It is so soft, it practically dissolves in your mouth. I found this to be odd for jerky.

It was so easy to eat and I loved the taste. Best jerky I have ever tasted. I gave a piece to my 20 year old nephew and now he will only eat Archer. Me too.

The price point is in bad for an artisan jerky. I also like the company's ethics. I definitely will be purchasing this jerky in the future.

Country Archer beef jerky doesn't have that problem! Tender jerky that doesn't rip your teeth out of your head when u try to rip it.. And its delicious! I definitely recommend it to anyone i know..
