I heard a good amount about these gummies before I decided to give them a try. The container is a good size and easy to open. The gummies themselves had an interesting scent in the container but do taste really good! I love that these contain so many vitamins and are a essential part of my day now. Highly recommend!

The fact that they are in an easily chewable gummy form makes them even more appealing to me. I never used to like vitamins because they caused such stomach irritation. Not these. They have a great berry taste, and no stomach irritation. Another plus is that they have no artificial colors or flavors, and are gluten free. Boosting my immunity and getting my vitamin D to help strengthen my bones are were my main reasons for taking multi vitamins, but these go far and above just those health benefits.
