The biotin has helped improve the look and feel of her hair and skin as well as nails. She says it helps boost the shinyness. This one bottle has 90 gummies so it's a great value.

Olly the perfect woman's blissful berry multivitamins are great. So far they have met my expectations. They actually taste good. Very berry like and don't have that vitamin taste. Which compared to most vitamins,that's surprising. I would buy these again. I have noticed my energy levels overall have been better since I began takings these vitamins. I've noticed my hair softer too. I highly recommend these to any woman looking to take some.

I have taken these since they had sugar on the outside. Which obviously was the best version. But then they took that away and the new gummy was fine. It still tasted good. But this last update is awful. The texture is gross and wrong and the taste is bad. I used to look forward to taking these every day, now I swallow them as quickly as possible to get it over with. Very disappointed with this new version. Hope they actually take all these bad reviews and change it back. I don't think I will buy another bottle if this is what it will be going forward.

i'm personally obsessed with this multi vitamin. i spent years trying different brands, trying to find the perfect one for me and when i bought olly brand, I FOUND IT. i actually noticed a difference in my nails, which is something i never noticed before and was the main reason i wanted a good multivitamin. i also noticed my mood was better ◡̈  

I love the Olly vitamins. They are fantastic and taste delicious. Some people feel weird about eating the gummy‘s because they might not have as high levels of vitamins inside of them, however I find it actually gets me to take them so something is better than nothing.

I love this vitamin. I bought it as a daily vitamin for my body's health and getting the necessary vitamins. However, I found that it impacted my hair health for the better! I struggled with hair health for most of my life; however, when I took my hair out of the braids I had in for a month, I saw a significant growth in the length of my hair. And that was not even the reason as to why I bought these vitamin gummies. It made me super excited, and now I am trying different vitamins from this brand.

I've tried a few vitamin brands and needed one with a high dose of vitamin D. These have that and taste like candy! They do have a high sugar content but they are sooo effective! The first ones that made me feel better post chemo. I've tried their know sleep blend and beauty blends. I just love olly!

The taste good. They seem to be a good vitamin. I personally have a vitamin deficiency so I take this and the teen vitamin just to fill in all the gaps. There are so vitamins and minerals in each one that they other does not have. So I take both to cover the whole vitamin spectrum. I wish they would combine the two formulas. Over all I would recommend.

These are extremely ideal for people who have a hard time swallowing vitamins. They taste good and are super easy to chew up. I also line Ollys integrity and the voices behind it, I feel like they use good ingredients and are careful with what they put in them.
