This was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I tried it. It was my vitamins before I got pregnant and gave birth. It tastes so delicious.

Taste is just like a fruit snack. However I'm not sure about Long term affects. I found it kind of pricey and did not continue taking them

I like these, they last a while and taste pretty good. However I don’t think they do anything or at least I haven’t noticed. They’re pricey too.

Tastes a bit chalky but sweet like any other gummy so it's easy to chew and swallow. No noticeable difference in my skin or nails yet!

These things are horrible tasting and smelling, I couldn’t even keep it down. They smell like the old big prenatal vitamins. I definitely wouldn’t recommend these.
