Very soft and flavorful, this is my favorite women's multi-vitamin, I definitely notice them working. but these get to be a bit pricey.

A multivitamin is a multivitamin but they smell horrible. They also kinda taste how they smell but as long as they are doing the job!

It's a great tasting option if you can't swallow regular capsule type vitamins. Nutritionally not the most absorbent but my teenager loves them!
