I shouldn’t even have purchased these. I hate gummies. The flavor tasted like all gummy things. So if you like that, this will be fine for you.

I really like these gummies. I am super bad about taking vitamins but these are yummy and make me want to take them! 

Taste weird and no where does it say on the package that it is effective and lasts through the digestion process.

The women’s multi gummy tastes so good. I look forward to having two every morning. I can’t confirm if they actually do anything
