I like these vitamins, they taste good, they’re gummies, and you don’t need to take them with food or drink.

Taste is just like a fruit snack. However I'm not sure about Long term affects. I found it kind of pricey and did not continue taking them

This is a great women’s vitamin. I’ve noticed that my nails are getting stronger. Gummies are easier for me to take than solid pills.

I like them but my bf hates the smell of them he would make me a stand as far away from him as I could when I would take then in the morning
