These don’t taste the best but they are better than regular multivitamins. I think we need to take them for a longer time to see the effects.

These are so yummy it made taking vitamins very easy. Not sure if they are better than non gummy vitamins but I like them.

Very soft and flavorful, this is my favorite women’s multi-vitamin, I definitely notice them working. but these get to be a bit pricey.

Good flavor and soft chew just wish the container had a larger quantity because of the daily dose you only get a month out of this bottle
