No, I do not believe I would recommend this product. I originally purchased thinking the chewable option would taste good and be enjoyable. Sadly I was let down the moment I tasted these… very unpleasant!

This product really helped my hair and nails! My nails have always chipped and this made it stop! My hair is naturally curly as well so it breaks easily and previously has taken forever to grow. Using Olly my hair has grown 4 inches in 3 months!

They have a little bit of a weird texture. The taste is fine, nothing stellar. They don’t have the texture of a gummy though, more like a soft gum drop?

This Multi-Vitamin is absolutely amazing! I used to fall asleep during the day and at school but once i started using these, i stopped falling asleep at school which i greatly appreciated! They also have a nice flavor!
