I saw a difference in my hair and nails within the first few weeks. They are a good investment and so far do not compare to off brands that I have used. They most definitely met my expectations and have since ordered some for my 17yr old daughter.

This is one of my factories for supplements. First of all, it tastes like candy! Secondly, you can really tell the difference. This is worth every dime and it's a must try! I definitely would recommend giving this a shot.

they are okay, nothing special, kind weird after taste! little expensive for the value too , i think these any better than what else is on the market

I take two of these a day! Every woman should take a multi vitamin! It has a nice flavor! It taste just like a fruit snack! It has everything I need in a vitamin!

OK I love these and have been taking daily. My only thing is that it does smell a tiny bit weird which freaks me out. Other than that the taste is good and its easy to take
