Ive noticed a significant improvement in my hair growth since taking these vitamins as well. The only downside to this is that it's processed in a facility that may contain several allergens. I don't know if I just got a bad batch, but the gummy's seem a bit dry for my taste. The flavor is good, since it taste like berries, but that's about it. I've noticed my nails growing faster and stronger, but not too much for my hair. I think it's worth a try though.
