I honestly felt a difference with these. I started taking them because with was always feeling tired and no energy, but when I fake these I feel more weak and attentive.

I'm not sure if these did anything but they tasted great lol! They were easy to take and I stay consistent with. However, I didn't see a huge difference so I have not repurchased.

These taste really yummy! I am more than halfway through this bottle and I'm happy with it so far. Also there's no artificial colors or flavors, it has 125% of daily biotin, and 200% vitamin D. I'm satisfied.
