It's hard to review vitamins you dont always notice results. But I always try to make sure I take some kind of vitamins, I guess this one didnt really stood up for me to buy again, nothing negative though.

My favorite vitamins! I take a lot of Ollys and they really work! I take the multi everyday along with the skin and hair dummies and I've noticed wonders of a difference
