Love the taste of this multi vitamin! Although there are obviously more additives in this product over just a pill, this is the one vitamin that I choose to take as a tasty way to start my morning.

Not a huge fan but they are ok. The taste isn't my favorite and the texture was kinda off putting. I didn't notice a difference. I've heard this works well for others and my mom loves them. I don't think it would hurt to try them.
