I ate these every day for two months, and I have to say, I really loved them! Yes, the price is steep, and they smell AWFUL, but I definitely felt more energized and my nails and hair were growing faster! Super impressed.

These have a great taste! Unlike many vitamins that are hard to swallow and leave a nasty taste in your mouth!! I honestly feel a difference taking these vitamins. I am overall satisfied with these yummy vitamins.

Taste is OKAY not unbearable. Def better than swallowing a huge multivitamin in my opinion. Great ingredients and love the biotin and folic acid. This is my go to multivitamin
