I use early morning as a shake to replace breakfast. It holds me up until a bit after 1 and then I'm ready for lunch.

Every morning I make my smoothie with a banana , coconut milk, almond butter and two scoops of the protein .

The taste is fine, but way too chalky it made my smoothie.....well not so smooth. Texture is off putting to me...so I returned it.

I work out in the gym early in the morning and this is a great tasting shake to take with me to help me through my workout.

This protein powder is so good, I put it in my shake every day! And I love that it’s vegan because I am dairy intolerant
