I use it in the morning before a workout as something I can take fast to get my workout done before work. I also may take it after work before going to the gym if I don't workout in the morning.

I didn’t read the label carefully enough before buying - artificial sweetener in this product is not good for digestion, stomach issues, and brain fog 😩

When I opened it, I really surprised because the protein powder was not the amount you say. I received almost half, I thought buying one every month, but now definitely no, thanks!

The first time I got this product, it was amazing. Great taste, etc. The second time I purchased it, same flavor, it does not taste good, and it causes a stomach ache every time I drink it.

I mix this with my coffee and coconut milk. I am a nurse. I drink it on my 45minute drive to work. Keeps me going until I can grab lunch. Work 12 hours and it's usually around 2 or 3 o'clock.

This is hands down the worst protein I have ever had. I make protein shakes 4-5 times a week and there’s nothing to make this drinkable. I’ve used peanut butter and banana which usually masks everything, fruit blends, veggie blends, mixing it with fruit juice. There is a very distinct “cardboard box” taste to it. No matter how long you blend it and with how much liquid it always turns out grainy.
