This helped my husband keep his weight on while going thru chemo. We mixed it with milk, ice, banana, PB powder and ice. He has a sweet tooth, so good for him, but way too sweet for me.

This mixes well with water, almond milk, or coconut milk. It gives me adequate protein and additional vitamins and minerals that I really need. And it was a perfect price as it was twice as much at a local grocery store!

This has a really nice flavor. It isn't too strong that it can't be mixed with almost anything. I combine it with frozen berries, or PB Fit and frozen bananas... yum!

Delicious taste, low glycemic index. My husband mixes one scoop of vanilla with one scoop of chocolate... perfect! But his favorite is the new Peppermint Hot Cocoa powder. It tastes like Christmas in a cup. As one of his snacks, he uses only 1 scoop and 6 ounces of hot water for the perfect mug of cocoa that a diabetic can enjoy! We can heartily recommend the vanilla, chocolate fudge, and peppermint hot cocoa flavors!

I was skeptical but I'm glad I tried this. This powder has a "different" sort of grainy texture. But it doesn't give me bloat the way most whey-based protein powders do. And the taste is fine.

Surprisingly rich tasting, helpful for my husband's protein needs as radiation therapy has taken away his appetite.

It doesn't agree with me. I took it once and felt awful. I have a lot of health issues, so I think it clashed with my problem or my medication. I will try it again some day.

Flavor is not great but not bad. I need my morning protein drink (blended with a frozen banana and Sam’s club Greek yogurt). Price is good. I rotate between a couple different brands and buy a couple of these when on sale.
