Average Proteins requirement is 70 gram for men's. This is very good source as it helps to maintain min requirements for vegetarians without storing excessive carbohydrate. Test is like Gram pulse powder when you take Vanilla flavors. It has been made of non GMO sources which make it more safe for health.

As a person on Coumadin it's not so easy to find a protein powder that does not throw your levels off. With the grass fed protein that is no longer a issue. Like all protein drinks get creative in what you add to your drink to mask the flavor. The price jump on this product does seem crazy to me though given the powder in the bottle is like half way full.

I bought this several months ago, along with the Amazing Grass Green Superfood. I was able to lose 50lbs in 3 months. My son was getting married so that was a great motivation for me to try this shake. After my friends and family saw the results 6 of them started to use it. Only one person complained that it made her hungry, I told her to try using 1 scoop of each shake, a cup of almond milk, add 1/2 of a banana, blueberries flax seed and chia seeds and her hunger stopped. I absolutly Iove this shake, my energy level increased the first couple of days after I started using it. I will be a customer for life.

I really wanted to love this product, but I just can't get there. I did a lot of research on protein powders before I landed on this one. I was looking for an alternative to the one I typically buy because that one was getting way too expensive for 1/3 the amount of this one. I was drawn to the ingredients and all the other benefits of this one so I was really hoping that I would love it and it wouldn't be gritty or nasty in my daily protein shakes/smoothies. Unfortunately, the texture is just too gritty and dry for my liking. It's definitely not smooth like the description states. There's no way the other reviews are accurate when they claim it's smooth. It's not so I'm going to be returning this and going back to my usual protein powder. Sorry. Just couldn't get there with this one!

I have ESLD and drink protein shakes each day. This is the WORST PROTEIN POWDER I HAVE EVER HAD. Taste and texture is horrible and the $30 I wasted on buying this can never be replaced. Very disappointed in product and I will never waste money on this brand.
