I really like this chocolate fudge flavored powder for a quick breakfast in the morning. I mix it with water in a shaker cup and it doesn't clump or taste like chalk. It's pretty smooth for a plant-based powder. I used to buy the 310 brand powder elsewhere but it got too expensive so I chose this brand as an alternative due to price and I will never go back. It will never taste like a chocolate shake with sugar but it tastes good enough for a quick breakfast without the chalky aftertaste.

Bad after taste

Unfortunately, the texture is like chalk and I mixed it in a Ninja blender ultra well and it still makes me cough and I have to follow it with water to get it down. Never have I ever had a protein shake like this before. If they could figure that out, then it would be fine. Time to return it.

A little too sweet

If taste is absolutely most important to you then this is the protein powder for you. It tastes and smells even better. I recommend drinking it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. My only drawback is that I would agree with other reviewers that it is a little grainy but I can get passed it because I usually slam it down after a workout anyways so a grainy texture isn’t that much of an issue for me. I blend it and drink. I recommend drinking it right after blending so it is at its creamiest consistency. Overall I think this is the best tasting protein powder on the market as far as vanilla bean goes because I like simple and I like vanilla so win win.
