I use the product as additional protein intake for breakfast, post workout, and a snack as part of my high protein diet.

O like it for our smoothies! But lately its to expensive! Around 32 dollars, ill buy it when its Around 27 dollars.

This might be the only protein powder that I truly love. The taste is fantastic and it goes great in my smoothies!

A little gritty following the expensive Metabolic protein powder i was drinking. The flavor is pretty good.

I like that it mixes well with water or almond milk without using a mixer. I keep one in the car (no liquid) so I can resist fast food urges.
