I use this product after workouts.....high protein value for me as I am a pescatarian. I love the earthy-plant based flavor!

So awesome!! I use it in smoothies every day, my favorite is frozen banana, peanut butter, orgain vanilla bean protein powder, and almond milk!

Tastes pretty good but you do need to mix well and let set for a couple minutes for a smoother texture.
