I have been using this product for several years. Lots of protein to keep you full. Blends easily. I buy several when they go in sale!

I am a huge fav of chocolate but some mornings it's nice to have a flavor that is a bit more subtle. It's also great with a bit of peanut butter.

I always add nuts and use a blender to mix, fibers help slowing down the transit for better absorption

Did not like the taste of this flavor and will try vanilla next. Other than that, it was very effective and good for meal replacement.
