I tried this shake with almond milk, doing one scoop instead of 2. At the end the only way I can drink it is one scoop with 12 oz of water because for me it taste too sweet and grainy. I can’t drink regular whey protein shakes because they affect my gallbladder. I can only have vegan protein shakes, which wouldn’t happen with whey protein even if it was low carb. I am losing weight with this shake.I only take it twice a day and eat 4 to 5 small meals, replacing 2 small meals with this shake.

I don't know about the nutritional value of this stuff, but it's going to be a struggle to get through this container. I mixed a smoothie that I have been making with another brand that comes out absolutely delicious. However, when I used this stuff it came out tasting as if I had put in a cup of copper sulfate. It has a really nasty taste .

Got this in Chocolate Fudge - it tastes like chocolate mixed with coffee - that coffee-like aftertaste does not work for me. Second, this product uses stevia instead of sugar. If you want this for your pre-workout, this is not the shake. You need natural sugar when burning calories - this left me depleted after working out. Third, there is an ingredient I couldn't put my finger on that increases the heart-rate. Needless to say, I couldn't take this later in the day because it kept me up at night. Too bad this product does not work; I had high hopes... I was really looking for an alternative to the current shake I take - I love the shake 1000% but its a bit pricey. This would have been a good alternative.
